It offers users a comprehensive overview of the company's product range, facilitates online shopping, provides access to promotional notifications, allows registration for the loyalty program (Posto program), and enables utilization of all associated benefits.

Integrated within the application is a webshop featuring over 30,000 products categorized into 13 product groups. Users can place orders for home delivery or for pick-up at retail centers. Registered users can track their order statuses within their profiles.

The application also supports customer service in retail centers. It allows users to scan product barcodes, which then open a detailed page for that specific product.

Through the application, customers can register for the company's loyalty program, the Posto program. This program enables customers to gain and utilize sales advantages such as discounts across all Okov retail locations, including the webshop.

Existing Posto program users can link their plastic cards to the Okov application, which can then be used to record purchases and access discount privileges in retail establishments. New users can sign up for the Posto program free of charge through the Okov application.
